The EPCC provides support to community members trying to access federal funding for rental assistance.Launched StopMyEviction.org providing information on rental assistance, eviction court support, LGE/Utility assistance and additional resources for basic needs assistance. StopMyEviction.org has had 48,000 unique visitors from all 50 states since its launch in July 2020. Develop workflows for client outreach, application process and submissions based on application requirements and community access ability.Trained and manage a staff of 25 intake coordinators who have responded to over 4,000 inquiries, helping over 1,000 residents get access to rental assistance and connecting thousands more to support. Designed an app to allow residents to complete applications on their phones, removing access barriers.Collaborate on housing solutions with leaders from Neighborhood Place, Louisville Metro Office of Housing, Coalition for the Homeless, Kentucky Equal Justice, Shawnee Christian Healthcare, Metro United Way, and Legal Aid.Represent EPCC as media spokesperson including interviews with national media, including Axios and CNN; and with local foundations, advocating for funds to address gaps in assistance.
