• Analysis of foreign real estate markets for investment (USA, UK, Hong-Kong);• Assess the merits of the projects and analysis of financial performance for presentation to CEO;• Performing financial analysis, valuation and financial modeling of companies and transactions;• Working directly with the main partners for strategic co-investment to new projects in Real Estate;• Regular interaction with foreign companies on current and new projects in the portfolio;• Risk management related to the project implementation;• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review reports and regularly consultation of investors;• Working with various Dashboards for the main managers of company;• Participation in creation the financial and legal strategy of funding;• Participation in complete due diligence on new and existing projects;• Interaction with foreign banks, compliance with international requirements.

Project Name: EU-UNDP Programme for Rural Development (ENPARD III – Abkhazia component)The aim of this assignment is to support external evaluation of the project proposals presented by eligible applicants in districts Gagra, Gudauta, and Ochamchira/e and aiming at strengthening rural livelihoods. Also, important to provide in writing the evaluation of project proposals according to the criteria set out by the Local Development Strategies and based on my expertise and understanding of the local context in Abkhazia.

• Closing Logistic reports every month, control of correctness and analysis of accruals for the period, verification of P&L, corrections and reclasses based on the results of the analysis.• P&L and balance sheet managements for the Russia Logistics department, ensuring compliance of Accounting and Sox principles.• Monitoring and analysis of key indicators (KPI) for the European review in Russia, providing detailed explanations of key variances to budget and to forecast.• Budgeting for logistics, and be responsible for all financial related data and analytics.• Preparation of reports - ZBB (Zero Based Budget) and load into Oracle system.• Analyze supply chain losses process of Russia, problematic products and preparation of proposals for its implementation / write-off (Provision).• Analysis of logistics costs: VLC (Inbound and Outbound Freight) for P & L.• Preparation of Dashboards for head of S & OP and Logistics Russia.• Participation in the integration of logistics business processes.

- Experience with a team of creative developers and ability to manage discussions and bond results- The ability to distribute business tasks that are relevant to business and affected several related areas (finance, marketing and logistics);- Understanding of the legal and financial aspects of business organization;- Experience in organizing own business projects;- Formation of requirements and setting tasks for IT team, project management and result inspection, writing of instructions and introduction of new automated processes;- Experience in building financial models from scratch.- Budget planning and control over execution of budgets (P&L, BS, Revenue, Debt etc.);- Planning and control of financial flows (cash flows, accounts receivable, accounts payable etc.);
