Job description: - Responsible in development planning, implementation, and completion of all new projects - To coordinate with consultants and contractors from design, statutory approval, and construction of project within budget and timeline.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with design work and products conceptualization during design planning stage- Work closely with consultants in establishing drawing for submission, tender, statutory approval is within the timeline- Ensure construction works are completed within budget, quality, environmental health safety and timeline- To ensure targeted progress billings forecast and annual revenue recognition are met- Organize regular meetings/site inspection to recognize, resolve and drive design improvement for cost savings- Liaise and monitor with statutory bodies from submission, approval, and completion of the project.- Prepare regular report to update management on the progress status of the project

- To provide a project management service on behalf of the client - To oversee the project in term of progress, contractual, commercial as well as safety and health.- To resolves any technical issues or dispute arise on site- To review and approve any technical submission from the contractor- To ensure the Quality Management Procedure are in place.

• Ensure the Civil & Structural Engineering Construction work/equipment installation is carried out in accordance with requirements of the contract documents.• Monitor the progress of site work to ensure reasonable progress is achieved and completed within the contract period.• Review weekly progress reports and making recommendations on the subject of contractual matters.• Supervise on civil & structural works. Solve problems encounter on site which arose such as discrepancies, conflicts & disputes between different traits. • Review the method statement, material submission & design submission by the contractor.• To ascertain the quality assurance/quality control (QAQC) procedure are in compliance with the law and regulations in order to meet the requirements of end products• Witness all testing conducted by the contractor including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Trial Mix for the submitted concrete design.• Chair the QAQC meeting to discuss on quality matters and to monitor the status of Site Memo and Non-conformance Report (NCR)• Sit as a Safety Committee member to monitor and enforce Safety, Health & Environment based on OSHA• Attend site valuation to verify contractors claim based on work done.• To assist in CCC application.
