Managing & supporting IT Applications at RTA Client Monitoring applications technical support to provide highest levels of systems performance and availability in accordance with the SLA.Assist with the documentation (create, review & update), implementation and testing disaster recovery procedures for software applications as assigned.Conduct requirement gathering & site visits with business users as assigned.Support in conducting UAT (testing) & training sessions with concerned business users as assigned.Conduct application technical assessment & work with other team members close audit findings as raised.Take control of application administrative rights & environments control as assigned.Collects, distributes and manage IT Applications capacity planning and performance management.Work and coordinate with ITD vendors in managing and supporting IT Applications.Provide preventative maintenance for ITD applications through timely implementation of updates, service packs etc.Provide project coordination for ITD projects as assigned.Provide technical support for IT applications to resolve issues related & not limited to: functional bugs, integration issues, usability issues, design issues.Work with ITD staff members and document and maintain all information as required & assigned.Maintain all documentation of IT Applications according to ITD Standards.

Part of the IT implementation ,training and adoption team to support the Smart Learning Program of HH Sheikh Mohammad Bin RashedApplying change management methods to transform education at public schools to smart education through using various IT tools( SW products , internet coverage, blended IT and education methodologies). Identifying the customer requirements to implement the (MBRSLP) Mohammad Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program strategy through several meetings and Gap analysis workshops. Documenting requirements and methods to be used after a team study. Implementing the full scope strategy on milestone basis in order to fulfill all requirements of the (MBRSLP) Mohammad Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program through a one year span. Insuring correct implementation of the process through system analysis and periodically reporting on the progress of usage.  Testing the systems before training the customer. Debugging with testers and documenting the same through several workshops. Developing the current software to enhance it better through recommending solutions and system upgrades. Executing the applications (software’s) with teachers on various meetings/workshops on weekly basis. Conducting biweekly meetings with each group of users in order to run a specific usage in the system to insure that the software is in full usage. Validating new customer requirements and adapting the deployment plan accordingly. Providing advice on the usage of the software and solutions to any bug Consultation on the new adopted Software’s and new ways of using them through daily basis.

 Resource Tools where the first approved software’s to be deployed to the new company (merge phase). Maintaining new solutions for merged companies (part of the global integration team) according to the software and system requirements. Conducting meetings and workshops with customer team to validate the system solution based on their usage. Running gap analysis workshops and documenting system gaps. Developing system solution for non existing features in the software. Deploying WTR (Work Time Registration) and RM (Resource Management) tools in MIDDLE EAST AFRICA countries through mass installation and portal creation for the system. Supporting the tools development plans through conducting business analysis to identify and document requirements. Implementing new solutions and providing service delivery support on the usage of the usage of the same. Training 9 key user’s to support MIDDLE EAST AFRICA resources (approx 3000 employees in the region being supported by 9 key users) Providing trainings in all MIDDLE EAST AFRICA countries Running workshops for Key users and End users in the region Coordinating with other Business Units, Finance & Control, IT Deploying Resources tools in 24 countries in Middle East Africa
