360 role focused in the Life Sciences sector, I have collaborated closely with a number of biotech, pharmaceutical and CRO organisations in the US. I provide bespoke recruitment support and have worked with start-ups, young biotechs building out R&D teams, academic groups as well as global pharmaceutical clients. My focus is in building and leveraging a strong network of candidates and clients within preclinical drug discovery. I have successfully delivered recent campaigns across computational sciences (chemistry, biology, biophysics), medicinal chemistry, informatics / data management, biostatistics and much much more.

- Working closely with an Associate Director to source candidates for retained and contingent recruitment projects in the Life Sciences sector, across the US and European markets - Building and engaging a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of resources, including LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases / ATS - Speaking with candidates and clients, conducting multiple exploratory and screening calls to understand requirements and offer guidance- Representing senior candidates globally who require our connections to make introductions to the right companies- Keeping up to date with market insights and changes to offer the most relevant recruitment guidance to our candidates and clients

12 Week Fixed Term Contract Internal recruitment position, working fully remotely and recruiting telesales and field sales positions from executive through to regional director level. Built relationships and worked closely with hiring managers, senior management, and the wider internal TA team. Reach PLC is the largest commercial publisher in the UK and home to some of its most iconic digital platforms, magazines and newspapers plus a monthly readership of 47 million people. Internal recruitment position, responsible for key sales and corporate roles across the business. This was achieved through resourcing, headhunting and interviewing candidates face-to-face as well as over the telephone, using LinkedIn, our internal ATS database and job boards. Built and maintained strong business relationships with stakeholders and the senior management team. Targeted on time to hire and quality of hire metrics, which were consistently exceeded. Hybrid role working from home two days each week.Was originally a 4-month contract which was extended to 9 months.

Outbound telesales role in which I was responsible for calling existing Yell customers across a wide range of industries to review their digital marketing, to educate the customer about how their marketing works for them and to establish any gaps which could be filled through digital products. The role is targeted on selling various digital products, such as websites, reputation manager, Google Ads, social media advertising and sponsored Yell.com listings.

My role was to maximise profitability in a store with an annual turnover exceeding £5 million:- Recruitment and continuous development of my team (~35 people) as well as scheduling rota's within a tight budget to ensure staffing levels were always appropriate- Ensure the store layout was always commercially correct to highlight best sellers and seasonal products and to adhere to each brands' merchandising requirements- Regular analysis of performance reports and KPI's to identify trends week on week to justify causes for peaks and dips in trade to senior management- Provide excellent customer service and provide solutions to any complex CS issues that were escalated to me
