Oversees digital strategy transformation for Hespress, including product, audience, content, and revenue. Among other missions, this includes new projects launches, partnerships development, performance analysis, and brand content. I led major adjustments in digital strategy including a transition from text to video, with consequent changes in staff structure, workflows, brand identity, tools, editorial strategy while reporting directly to Hespress founders.I efficiently encouraged my team to explore new areas at the intersection of digital media and innovation, often establishing paths that other local publishers follow later. - Recruited, trained and managed a team of 15 collaborators.- Established a content acquisition plan, negotiated partnerships, content licensing, sharing agreements and co-brandings.
