Impact: Launching styles lead-time has dropped from 5 days to 2.5 days for critical styles, and from 2.5 days to 1 day for reorders - 100% customers’ audit pass including Decathlon, Gore, Castelli ; Salomon,...etc in the following areas: Quality system, ESH and Social compliance- Reduced the overtime by 80% and workforce (fixed-term contracts) by 18% while keeping the same productivity according to previous year
