At America's National Ballet Company®, I collaborated with colleagues across the organization, from working directly with ABT’s Board of Trustees and our Chief Development Officer on various special projects to supporting efforts of the Major Gifts, Membership, and Special Events teams.

Produced content for @grandbazaarnyc instagram and website, capturing the vibrant, eclectic feel of the "oldest, largest, and most diverse curated weekly shopping market in New York City” from my lens.

• Cultivated new audiences with intentionality via email outreach and community partnerships for a variety of programming: (performance, family+kids, educational, accessibility-focused events).• Marketing for 300+ Summer for the City events: managed the in-house creation of weekly flyers for distribution to guests at outdoor welcome center; proofed content for web and marketing e-blasts.• Key coordination of a 500-couple wedding, including event registration logistics and personally managing on-site social media capture, creating content for the Lincoln Center Instagram.• Conceptualized and pitched an innovative solution on expanding DE&I and accessibility in the Arts entertainment space to a panel of industry leaders. With a team of interns, built a fully fleshed out idea from the ground up, including developing marketing and fundraising strategy. The goal of this project was to ideate how to best serve LCPA’s diverse audiences, providing a sense of welcoming and belonging to create shared community experiences through the Arts.

• Maintained correspondence with donors up to the Golden Circle giving level, while keeping accurate and up-to-date records in the Raisers’ Edge database.• Produced weekly acknowledgement letters.• Assisted at ABT Across America NYC show.

• Social Media Team - Oversaw Twitter editorial calendar and drafted content; managed internal LinkedIn group; collaborated with the full team to develop new initiatives across social channels, focusing on developing brand voice and continuity, increasing follower engagement, and creating intentional community.• Contributor - Developed feature articles through conducting interviews, writing original pieces, and creating artwork.

• Supported the Development team on the Playhouse Pandemic Capital Campaign, aiming to help the Playhouse come back stronger from the coronavirus pandemic: took detailed minutes for fundraising strategy meetings, and provided copy edits at various phases of the campaign plan.• Researched prospective donors and grant opportunities; maintained organized files.

• Independently conducted prospect research and compiled detailed donor profiles to aid in patron management.• Prepared materials for and corresponded with VIP patrons for events: Mamma Mia Opening Night, Oscar Hammerstein Festival, 80th Anniversary Gala.

Provided exceptional customer service; managed patron reservations and requests by phone, OpenTable, and in person, to ensure smooth-running restaurant operations and enhanced customer experience.
