- Prepare various CEQA and NEPA environmental compliance documents for a wide array of private, public, and tribal clients.- Prepare Caltrans and WSDOT environmental documents and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.- Prepare permitting applications for USACE, SWRCB, and CDFW.- Collect noise level measurements using SoundPro Type II noise equipment.- Peer review technical studies and review document sections.- Coordinate with lead agencies, clients, and multi-disciplinary teams throughout the planning and environmental compliance process.- Prepare for and attend public hearings and scoping meetings.- Manage project budgets and schedules.- Prepare scope of work, schedule, and cost estimates for project proposals.
