I am fortunate enough to spend my days molding, educating, and diving into data with other educators to create the best curriculum and systems for the future presidents, doctors, or business owners each day. Designing trainings and staying up to date on research based practices has been key to making a positive impact through the MTSS system. Juggling the varying needs of each student and educator has allowed me to become extremely organized, have the ability to balance multiple tasks or demands at once, and prioritize tasks throughout a day.The relationships built and the progress seen with students truly makes each day worth it!
