I delivered a 116% growth in fundraised income - from £2.16m to £4.66m.· Leadership of the marketing and communications function encompassing press & broadcast media, PR & branding, digital & social media and print & publications.· Management and development of a team of c. 30 staff and over 700 volunteers.· Hospice-wide leadership responsibility as a member of the senior management team.
