The main purpose of my role at Ellacotts is to provide administrative and information services to the HR team, Partners, managers and general staffMy job role also includes the following: Admin:Respond efficiently to administration requests from HR Manager and other areas of the business as and when required. Arrangement of formal meetings relating to training, performance management, disciplinary, and other matters. Updating HR systems with all changes resulting from Contractual changes, starters, leavers, training interventions and other related updatesRecruitment: Liaising with recruitment agencies and prospective job candidates. Recording all recruitment information, including advertising roles, organising interviews and liaising with managers and planning and scheduling new starter inductionsConducting face to face interviews with potential candidatesConducting Exit Interviews for leaversReporting: Management of HR tasks, production of reports from HR and practice systems including monthly sickness, absence and holiday reports
