Managing the annual Statutory audits from preparation to liaising with external auditors and tax advisors for review and sign off.Managing the monthly management packages for consolidation including oversight of the finance functions (AR, AP, Payroll) and preparing B/S reconciliations and reporting P&L variances to senior management. Other responsibilities included: Inter-company transactions (end to end) from initial computations to invoicing and FX calculations. Tax returns from preparation to filing with revenue.
