I am a London based creative design professional with over 10 years experience in the industry. Trained at Central Saint Martins I worked as Assistant knitwear designer at Rag & Bone in New York before launching my own knitwear brand Blake LDN. Initially stocked on Net-A-Porter, Fenwicks, DSM we moved in to the D2C market a few years later where we grew. The brand direction, feel and aesthetic was paramount to its loyal customer base and ongoing press coverage we received from the likes of Style, Telegraph, Elle, Collagerie, Grazia, Vogue to name a few. I exhibited at London Fashion Week for multiple years and won the Boden 25th anniversary sponsorship in 2018 which resulted in mentorship from the brand heads of department.I have collaborated with a number of brands including Cecilie Bahsen, Boden, With Nothing Underneath. Art Direction and imagery is where my passion and skill set lies lies in overseeing all styling for campaign, studio, still-life and e-commerce photoshoots that drives creative and commercial success. During this time I have amassed extensive on set experience working alongside a large network of creative individuals and industry professionals.My experience setting up and running my own label will demonstrate I enjoy many roles behind the scenes and I'm highly organised with experience working in logistics, operations and the administrative side just as much as the creative side of a brand.I continue to work on creative projects in areas such as Creative Direction, Art Direction and knitwear design, product development and am always looking for new opportunities and exciting projects.Hugely passionate about founders journeys, I co-founded the dish supperclub in early 2024 to create a new space for female founders to come and share in one and others stories, to support and foster connections.Key Skills: Art Direction, Brand Design, Photography, Creative Concept, Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Retail, Luxury Brand Development, Product Development, Social Media, Creative leadership.
