Main responsibility:1. Define the acceptable level of company service and product quality by understanding the customer and learning market requirement.2. Develop the learning marketplace from pre-school to adult level by providing quality, innovative and value added courses to public.3. Involved in learning outline and syllabus design with business partner to cater for industry revolution 4.0 market need. 4. Establish the quality management system to ensure company process flow consistency and compliance.5. Define the roles and responsibility between company member, business partner and online platform user to ensure legal compliance.6. Connect offline and online learning market by integrating technology into classroom activity and training process.

1. Ensures the raw materials and outsourced parts used in the Tooling and End Fitting conforms to specification through anticipation, follow up, performance monitoring and improvement plan.2. Review NCR reports and dispositions. Intervene as necessary where warranted.3. Manage third party inspector budget and control subordinate travelling expenses.4. Liaise with vendor, customer and third Party representatives in pursuance of and compliance with contractual project obligations.5. Communicate and coordinate internally with Method, Process, Tooling, Manufacturing, Procurement and Qualification team to ensure suppliers capabilities are well understood and establish planning to close any gaps for meeting TechnipFMC requirement.6. Perform QMS and process audit at vendor.7. Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement programs developed with vendor and within the team.8. Develop team objectives and monitor team KPI periodically.

1. Ensure the flexible pipe raw materials, end fittings, accessories and reel are meeting Technip specification and client requirement before release to production.2. Perform product/process inspection and ensures that the activities are carried out as per applicable requirement.3. Perform external inspection/testing at vendor as required.4. Participate in the qualification of new product/process or new vendor development.5. Review and validate quality documents issued by vendor prior to the release of the product or service.6. Control and manage vendor and NCRs7. Coordinate independent third party and client inspection at vendor and Asiaflex premises.8. Supports production when the quality problems are experienced with the raw material or products in Asiaflex manufacturing process.9. Assist in internal and external audits carried out in Asiaflex. Perform audit at vendor site.10. Expediting vendor activities as per project and purchased order requirement.

Worked with other Graduate Engineer to complete several 3-months projects within the timeline.1. Develop and establish new working instructions for various flexible pipe manufacturing process and compile all useful information (expert experience, hand-on practice with photo explanation) into a standardized written form which will be used as training material for all shop floor employee. 2. Conduct cross-checking session with operator to verify the developed working instruction accuracy and feasibility.
