About Alice Chan

Alice Chan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong obtaining a degree in LLB (major in law, minor in French and German) in 2019. She subsequently completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2020. She further pursued a master in International Economics Law in the Chinese University of Hong Kong before she was admitted as a Solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong in 2023.Alice concentrates on civil and commercial disputes. She has experiences in dealing with high court actions in the companies court regarding shareholders' disputes, bankruptcy, and other contractual claims.
