- Co-founder, designer and co-leader of the Reproductive Rights Activist Collective, a long-term volunteer-led training initiative to capacitate pro-choice people with skills in activism, campaigning and community organising. Founded as the Abortion Rights Activist Bootcamp, the first cohort received over 160 applications from members of the general public, and will launch in November 2022.- Providing ad-hoc advisory and organisational support, primarily on policy and political advocacy, to Great Britain's largest grassroots pro-choice campaigning organisation.

Providing guidance and support to CIFF’s sector teams to embed gender transformative and meaningful adolescent and youth engagement (MAYE) approaches into their strategies and programme activities, while leading a small portfolio of pilot investments in these areas.‐ Designed and managed an $8m investment portfolio of advocacy and movement building grants focussing on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender equality advocacy. This included the design of CIFF’s first research grant to build the evidence base for the impact of Young Feminist Movements.‐ Project managed opportunity scoping, investment design and set up of Leaders for Reproductive Health, a $9m fundraising initiative aimed at increasing ultra high net-wealth individual giving to the SRHR field.‐ Oversaw the creation of CIFF’s first formal programmatic guidance on Meaningful Adolescent and Youth Engagement best practice, collaborating with 3 external consultants and leading a cross-organisational team of 12 contributors.‐ Coordinated CIFF’s engagement, variously including event design, preparation of speaking briefs and design of publicity, at high profile multilateral events including the Generation Equality Forum, the International Conference on Family Planning and Women Deliver.

I provided the secretariat to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health (APPG SRH), a cross-party group of UK Parliamentarians dedicated to promoting the needs of women seeking abortion, contraception and other sexual and reproductive healthcare. - Led on the completion of the APPG’s report on access to contraception, working closely with a panel consisting of Parliamentarians, doctors and policy experts. The report received attention in the national press, and has prompted high-level conversations within the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England around how to reform contraceptive care.- Coordinated influencing efforts around the report and the APPG's advocacy on abortion rights in Northern Ireland, including organising events, tabling Written Parliamentary Questions, writing briefings.- Secured and orchestrated meetings with 10 MPs and high-level policymakers within 6 months.- Ghost-wrote articles for multiple SRH stakeholders including MPs and senior doctors.- Led on the production and promotion of the FSRH’s first patient-centred advice guide for women seeking contraception and abortion during ‘lockdown’.

I designed and project managed market and social opinion research on behalf of health clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation (CEPI).- Scripted and conducted focus groups and KIIs on a variety of subjects including attitudes to ODA spending, global awareness of anti-microbial resistance and English national identity.- Designed and analysed quantitative opinion surveys on global issues in multiple geographies, including the US, Sub-Saharan Africa and SE Asia.- Completed an intensive training course on focus group moderation.
