Responsible for providing subject matter expertise and technical support to customers going through the Risk Management Framework process. Assist with agency cyber defense through PKI support and Privilege User management, application security development operations, and cyber workforce actions.• Lead Revocation Authority (RA) for the agency, assessed and updated agency processes for both certificates and Privilege User token actions from legacy operations to more secure and wide adoption of DOD utilized portals and token management. Developed documentation and trained other agency personnel on new operations.• Developed documentation for the agency DevSecOps process to review application static application security testing scans prior to release on production environment. Lead in agency to review all application code scans in Fortify.• Overhauled agency Risk Management Framework documentation and processes expanding agency use of the DOD established RMF tool, eMass, and ensuring Information System Owners and responsible agency personnel become involved in system review and accreditation. • Completed multiple accreditation package reviews to determine risk for the agency Security Control Assessor (SCA) for both on-premise and supporting the agency move to a cloud environment.2• RMF liaison for Information System Owners on multiple packages leading them through the Authority to Operate RMF process from initiation of a package to the granting of an ATO and subsequent continuous monitoring• Lead in agency on the DoD 8410 Cyber Workforce Framework Strategy, developing briefs on new agency requirements and working with Branch Chiefs to code all cybersecurity personnel appropriately in position descriptions.• Maintain all agency Privilege User required documentation and DOD 8410 certification documentation and requirements. • Received outstanding evaluations for every annual performance evaluation.
