Finance and operations coordinator at H2H network which comprise 60 highly innovative humanitarian agencies creating an enabling environment for humanitarian action through service delivery.• Contribute to the design and implementation of the H2H fund mechanism, ensuring transparency, equity and robustness;• Support the H2H Fund operations in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions, including financial management (budgets/forecasting, monthly and quarterly reviews and reporting);• In charge of day to day operations management (focal point with our host DRC, in charge of the admin part of HR, ongoing improvement of work flows, tools and ways of communicating among the team,..);• Responsible for external reporting quality to donors: mostly FCDO, BHA and internal reporting for top management.

• Pivotal role between finance and operations by supporting the operational strategy with reliable financial information;• Oversee countries’ financial management, with a focus on financial risks, allocation tables, cash forecasts; • In charge of the briefing, training and coaching of all Finance Directors and Finance managers in the area. Finance management and strategy capacity building through field visits and remote coaching;• Responsible for external reporting quality and compliance to donors (ECHO, UN agencies, OFDA, DFID, Europaid) and internal reporting for top management.

• In charge of external audits (ECHO, UN agencies, OFDA, FCDO, Europaid, etc);• Internal audit field visits (check of admin & finance procedures, risk management optimisation, internal audit capacity building for admin team);• Cross cutting missions: anti-fraud handbook, audit and risks induction for expatriates, in charge of partners and donors’ due diligence.

Capacity building missions for our MFI partners to improve their finance and audit departments.

• Optimisation of the internal audit department (implementation of an audit handbook, a risks cartography and the 2015 control plan implementation);• Financial management of 7 sewing training centres to build a sustainable business model.

Legal audit missions (Crédit Lyonnais, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Compagnie des Alpes, Télérama, etc.):- Internal risks assessment to define an appropriate audit strategy;- Business analytical review via audit tests and interviews. Synthesis writing and presentation.
