CurrentAs Community Services and Centre Manager I manage three customer services teams across the Council. I am the lead for Face to Face services whilst leading an Access and Advice contact centre and Accessible Transport Team.Achievements:Successfully implemented a new Single Point of Contact for Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. Reduced unavoidable contact for residents and increased efficiency for support teams.Implemented an Express Centre in the Centre in order to migrate customers from Face to Face and telephone contact to online channels.Introduced the Tell Us Once service to the contact centre. An all encompassing service for relatives of the deceased to inform Governement Departments of the death and to avoid future painful contacts.
