Across my time at BAE Systems DI I have taken on a number of different roles. My current position is a full stack developer within a small team. I have most experience working in C#, but I have also covered: SQL (both with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database), Java, PowerShell, JavaScript. Prior to my time developing I was in a support engineer role which exposed me to a number of different technologies and helped round out my experience as a engineer.

The role of performance coordinator on the executive committee of the Latin and Ballroom Dancesport club at Warwick involves organising all performances that the club takes part in. This includes performances with other university dance groups at local theatres, performances for other latin and ballroom clubs at competitions and solo performances at events such as WSAF (Warwick Student Arts Festival). To plan such a number of large performances takes a great deal of organisational skill and forward planning, as well as great people skills and enthusiasm.

I was granted a scholarship to be able to undergo a mini project over the summer within a group at the university, working alongside Professor Giovanni Costantini. This research had significance in the oil, food and lubrication industries. This experience enabled me to further my analytical skills, physical lab techniques and allowed me to work independently as well as in a team.
