PE teacher for all the kids aged 3-14 years old at an English private school in Italy. I also run and organise extra curricular sports activities after school.

Since 2015 I have played in both Serie A and Serie B in Italy as a futsal goalkeeper. I have played for teams in Sinnai, Nuoro and now I'm currently with a squad in Cagliari. I am still the only British female player turn professional and also play abroad.Currently playing for CUS Cagliari.

For two summer seasons I worked at a five star luxury hotel, one of the best in the world. In my role I worked specifically at the private beach club for the guests. I ensured that all customers needs were seen to, taking food and drink orders whilst also upselling items. I organised the beach area and lead gave direction to other team members. I had a strong, friendly and trusting relationship with the hotels clients, always performing a five star service.

My role in the prevention department is to deliver Safe and Well visits to the community, which includes delivering home safety advice, fitting appropriate equipment and conducing the wellness checks. We focus on visiting the most vulnerable people such as hoarders, domestic violence victims, over 65's, smokers and people with disabilities or mobility problems. Our aim is to make the occupier as safe as possible in their own home by minimising the risk of a fire, we have targets to hit and risk assessments to complete. We also work closely with other agencies by referring people to their organisation if required and generating referrals through them. I also deliver different safety information such as home safety, road safety, water safety, electrical safety and other safety messages to local groups and schools. I attend different events to promote what we do as a service, generate referrals and provide key safety messages.

My role a an education officer was to create and deliver safety lessons such as home, road, water and electrical safety to all the school key stage classes. I travelled all over the county of Powys delivering lessons and activities to schools, community groups and youth initiatives. I worked very closely in the community by also delivering home fire safety checks, making sure people are safe in their home by fitting them equipment and providing them with the appropriate advise to minimise the risk of a fire. I organised talks with local groups of all ages, delivered fire station tours and delivered youth engagement programmes where we worked with challenging young people. I helped run intervention programmes for young people between the ages of 11-25 who have either offended, on the cusp of offending or vulnerable. The programme works on challenging existing attitudes and promotes independent thinking in young people by using fire service activities to develop personal attributes such as working as a team, exploring physical and mental limits and promoting and educating young people about the role of the fire and rescue service.

Represented the Welsh Women's National Squad for around six years as a goalkeeper. Played for the U16's, U19's and Senior team, gaining 15 caps for youth and 9 caps for the senior squad.

In 2013 the UEFA women's U19's final tournament came to Wales for the first time, my role was to promote and increase the awareness of the tournament. Over the period of 8 months I went into schools to promote the tournament by doing coaching sessions and presentations. I organised mini football tournaments for girls all over the country to gain interest in the sport and also the tournament. I was also involved in the design and planning of all merchandise, organising talks, tournaments and coaching sessions. My other goal was to increase participation of football amongst women’s and girls within Wales. I successfully managed to promote the tournament where we got one of the the biggest crowd for a Welsh Women's game.

Spent two month in Zambia (6 weeks in an orphanage and 2 weeks in a rural community school) volunteering with a local NGO supporting the implementation of an education and sport for development programme. Focused on using the power of sport as a tool to teach important life skills and HIV/AIDS awareness classes to the local communities.

I worked with a group of young people in their NCS journey to help empower, unite and build their confidence to go and achieve what they want. I went on a one week residential with my group, where we completed outdoor activities to improve teamwork, confidence, communication and push them to their limits. After the residential we worked on a community project for a number of weeks to give something back to the community we were in. My team chose to work on a project where we redesigned a room in a rehab centre for people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. This project gives young people theopportunity to unleash their potential, to build their self-belief and get them prepped for life after school.
