Alice served as an Executive Director in the Ernst & Young Employee Benefit Plan Services Group, serving as partner or independent partner on hundreds of ERISA benefit plan audits. She led training of other auditors within the firm, as well as served as peer reviewer. She also led the Inclusiveness and Gender Equity initiatives in the St. Louis office of Ernst & Young.
