This role was part of a social project in the last semester of the Bachelor in Business Administration. It included the creation of an Association to raise funds to renovate the ventilation system of the oncological wing of Hospital Infantil Joana de Gusmão. The project (with around 20 participants) exceeded its original goal of R$60.000 and raised R$100.000 within six months. Due to its success, the project was extended into a second semester by installing and delivering an absolute air filtration system for children in critical condition at the hospital. My role included expense management, cash flow control, drafting legal documents (e.g., the statute of creation, contracts with partners, and terms of commitment), and leading a small team.

Preparation of letters from service providers and forwarding them to the respective areas, spreadsheets update for process control, telephone service, organization of files, and inventory control.
