Role: To support the continuous transformation of the Service Delivery team into a high-performing customer-focused team that ensures the efficient and effective assignment of resources to meet service targets and to drive business decision-making through strategic data analytics.

Role: To develop MiWay's infrastructure framework and manage team level action plans for three teams comprised of Transit Infrastructure Planning, Transit Asset Management and Transit Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance for on-street transit infrastructure, transit stations/terminals and transit facilities. This position aligns both operating and capital budgets for transit infrastructure to support the City's strategic priorities and MiWay's business direction and capitalizes on external funding sources to successfully implement MiWay's short, medium and long-term infrastructure plans as identified through MiWay's infrastructure strategies (i.e., MiWay Infrastructure Growth Plan, Electrification Feasibility Study, Asset Management Program). Oversight is also provided on the development of transit infrastructure related agreements to ensure that MiWay's assets achieve their functionality and are properly maintained.

Role: To lead the management of transit facilities, stations/terminals and on-street infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery and work towards building transit infrastructure (strategic planning, feasibility design, detailed design and construction) that anticipates and responds to the changing needs of the organization and the customer.Key projects:- Implementation of ICIP funded projects (e.g., enhanced shelter program and transit priority infrastructure improvements)- Detailed design of new bus loop at Central Parkway Transitway Station- On-route charging feasibility study- TPAP for MiWay's third garage site- Key stakeholder for Dundas and Lakeshore BRTs

Role: To make transit a priority within the City through the planning and implementation of transit facilities, station/terminals, on-street transit infrastructure and transit priority infrastructure and ensuring that MiWay’s interests are maintained through City liaison opportunities and to develop MiWay’s strategic planning projects to achieve City targets such as the Climate Change Action Plan and through asset management planning.Key Projects: - MiWay Infrastructure Growth Plan (MIGP)- MiWay's Electrification Feasibility Study- Kipling Bus Terminal
