I would ensure that all of the stocks in the office and kitchen were always topped up - this included coffee machines, drinks fridge, sweets and crisps cupboard. If we were low on these I would ensure that they were ordered in for the next delivery.

One of two team leaders in my store. Jobs include, motivating the staff members to ensure we get the best sales as possible, in charge of the opening/closing of the shop on regular occasions, this also includes cash handling at the end of the night. I am also more involved the office side of the job. I ensure that all Transfer reports for the shop and also delivery notes are organised and easy to find.I am also currently improving my knowledge and skills in the visual merchandising area of my job. I am a creative person and feel that I am well suited for this side of the job.

I have worked for 2 years as a Sales Advisor which meant that I would help the customers who come into the shop to find what they were looking for and then serve them at the cash register and give them an all around content experience of the shop. As well as on the shop floor service I was also trained to cash up at the end of the trading day. For the last year I have moved up to a Shoe Specalist which means that I am head of the shoe departments. I merchanise the shoe department of my store to make sure that the shoes are on a display in an apealing way so that the customers can easily find what they are looking for to increase the sales of my department.
