• Point of contact for international schools based in Asia Pacific; large school groups, independent and not-for profit international schools, bilingual schools.• Liaise with Senior Leadership Teams and HR departments to support very high volumes of vacancies each recruitment cycle• Work with client schools to produce accurate job descriptions and additional supporting documents• Work closely with a large, internationally dispersed team of recruitment consultants and resourcers to ensure suitable candidates are sourced.• Advise schools on market trends within international education including competitiveness of their packages, as well as an increased need for flexibility and diversity in a candidate-led market.• Responsible for developing and expanding relationships with existing client portfolio as well as acquiring new client business; generating new leads through an extensive and established network within the international education sector. • Responsible for Senior Leadership recruitment across the Asia Pacific region.• Work with the Randstad Marketing team to develop and maintain current marketing, communications and social media strategies• ATS administrator, responsible for re-design and any changes to the back-end of our ATS system (Bullhorn).

• UK Co-educational Comprehensive Secondary School, graded outstanding by Ofsted • KS3 Maths taught according to the UK National Curriculum; Edexcel GCSE course taught from Year 9
