As a Principal and owner at SCA Pacific Case Management, I have the privilege of working as a part of the SCA Principal Ownership Team - Sybil Evans, Victoria Hoover, Alice Jacobs and Jodi Easley. • Provide vocational counseling for State/Self Insured Caseload. Perform caseload activities to injured workers with varying degree of disabilities. Perform interviews with clients, analyze employment history, vocational testing and medical file review, complete labor market surveys and on-site job analyses and analyze job function data. Provide Early Intervention services to coordinate return to work with employers, report and case documentation, as well as case reviews, coordinating with the Worker, Employer, Physician and Claims Examiner. Provide Ability to Work Assessment services to include transferable skills analysis, labor market surveys and job analysis development. Provide Plan Development services to include coordination of vocational testing evaluate and analyze viable return to work goals within efficient cost and time constraints. Complete Vocational Rehabilitation Plans and provide Plan Implementation services. Perform job placement activities to include job search, resume development, cover letters, preparing for interviews. Use job modification strategies.• Managed supervisory staff and provide training and guidance for staff development. Assigned, reviewed and approved cases to be processed, reviewing correspondence, reports, Vocational Rehabilitation Plans. Assessed training needs of staff, performed performance evaluations. Provided training to new vocational staff. Apply and comply with Washington State Code (WAC) and the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) as appropriate for cases. Apply and comply with ADA and Federal and Washington State employment Laws and collective Bargaining Agreements.Assist employers with job modifications and ensure compliance with state, federal and ADA laws concerning individuals with disabilities.
