Product Manager for MAX Call-Taking. Participated in APCO, NENA and other industry standards organizations and committees. Active member of standards working groups for the development of Next Generation 911. I gathered requirements from solution users and balanced that with industry and competitive needs to maintain a product roadmap. I worked with engineering to successfully deliver user friendly software that could be customized for localized process and network requirements.Attended local and national trade shows to share information about our company, provide product demonstrations and discuss use cases and industry challenges.

Began work at ICOM as a Dispatcher and within 3 months promoted to Dispatch Supervisor. During my career with ICOM I also held the position of Operations Manager and Assistant Director. These opportunities allowed me to explore many different areas of the industry to develop skills and obtain various certifications.I began my career as a call taker and radio dispatcher in a consolidated dispatch center serving, Police, Sheriff, Marshall, EMS and 5 Fire Districts within Island County, WA. I assisted with the development and execution of interoperability agreements with the local Navy resources and surrounding jurisdictions. One of my greatest accomplishments was participating with the management and execution of a homeland security grant that resulted in a multi-county radio network for regional interoperability.I represented Island County at state and local meetings on topics of 911 and emergency response. Developed response plans and participated in training with Emergency Management, the US Coast Guard, State Parks and other resources.

Answered 911 calls and dispatched Deputies for the area Yuma County. Supervised a small staff of dispatchers. Team member for establishing process and procedures for installation a new CAD system for communications, records and the county jail. Worked with public officials to upgrade radio infrastructure.
