• Main focus: • UAT enhancement deployment test • Production enhancement deployment test • Automation system tool trainings • Abnormal behavior investigation and records in automation tools • Analyse market behaviour and challenges in daily BAU • Documents verification checks which includes, document date, language, resources etc. • Market research which includes private companies, public companies• Provide support in: • Trainings, create guides, video of demonstration etc • Refining keywords for certain project and maintaining • Identify issue and provide resolution • Create and fix automation script with basic programming language logic such as Xpath, ReGex expression etc.

• Main contact for office maintenance such as pest control scheduling, purchasing of supplies etc.• Responsible for equipment arrangement for any internal events• Responsible for catering arrangement for any internal events• Responsible for payment related matter and assist with Accounting & HR related matters• Responsible for interviewing related matters such as escorting candidate, contacting candidate etc.
