As the Customer Relations Manager for Premium Care Group, my role is to manage and oversee the transition process and provide support for our Home Managers and Families, ensuring a seamless new beginning. 💚 🏡Premium Care Group offer residential and nursing care in a safe, comfortable and happy environment. Our properties are first and foremost our residents’ home, and as such are made up of our residents, staff members and the wider community. We also include the friends and family of our residents too, who are always an important part of our home. 🤝We understand the needs of our residents, respect their rights to informed choices and privacy and treat each and every person with dignity and respect. Equally important is for everyone to live their life to the fullest, to enhance a sense of well-being, self-worth and fulfilment.
