In this role, I was responsible for the P&L of the entire Business Solutions Division (BSD), developing and implementing business growth strategies and in charge of the whole country sales direct and indirect team. I led Ricoh Malaysia to win the 2012 Asia Pacific Value Proposition Champion.

In this role, I was in charge of the Klang Valley direct sales team and created a high-performing sales team that could implement sales strategies based on the customers' needs, market intelligence and company objectives. I take pride that we cultivated a culture of teamwork and good business ethics while helping each other become better sales professionals.
