- Managed merchant’s onboarding process and communications to improve client’s experience and overall operation flow on to Tmall Global Platform, China's No.1 Cross-Border E-commerce platform.- Designed and Launched the first international website for Tmall Global. Point of Contact for all external web development and design.- Led Team as Project Manager during major promotional events, such as Alibaba’s 11.11 Singles Day (China’s Black Friday). - Produced and Led communications with outsourced Videographer to create Tmall Global Merchant Introduction Video.- Liason between Global International Team and Local Asia based team
