Responsible for the organisation, set-up and delivery of the party experience for guests, including serving food and drink.

Responsible for the manning of a front desk where I acted as the first point of call for any queries relating to clubs and societies whether in person or over the phone, in addition to the monitoring of an extremely busy email inbox. I also organised venue and transport bookings for over 300 student-led clubs and contributed to the organisation and execution of events in the Union, including two major inter-university sports tournaments.

Responsible for placing purchase orders for stock on a computerized stock ordering system, processing and booking in deliveries. In addition, I was responsible for liaising with suppliers regarding pricing and stock and maintaining good relationships.

Main responsibilities within this role included updating the online collections database for specimens collected from Socotra. This included photographing, measuring, and updating descriptions for each of the specimens.

Responsible for serving customers on the meat, deli and fish counters, in addition to maintaining health and safety standards and implementing the daily cleaning procedures.

Responsible for preparing the daily banking, answering the phone, re-routing enquiries and packing and shipping online customer orders.
