I have over 7 years of customer service experience, over 2 years of experience working with cannabis, and over 5 years of experience in a management position. I have worked with a diverse group of people, both from a management perspective and in a customer service setting. I strive to know as much as I can about the team I lead in order to better help them achieve their goals and help them to succeed in their careers. I also love to hear people's stories. This passion has helped me serve clients and customers in a way that has made me more than just a "NPC," if you will. My husband and I enjoy our quiet High Springs neighborhood and frequently visit the nearby springs to paddleboard.
