PE Direct is a relatively new company which supplies specialist physical education teachers to schools in South Wales. My role required recruiting experienced and qualified candidates through methods like e-marketing and representation at career/job fairs. This was partnered with duties like fulfilling compliance procedures, maintaining the organisation of staff profiles and clients (schools) and overall ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Another aspect of my role was to market the company with the chief intention of increasing brand awareness and credibility. This is achieved by enhancing activity on social media and seeking opportunities like events where we can expose the company and it's concepts. As a whole my role allowed a great deal of independence and initiative which stimulated self-growth.

Lake Greeley Camp provided me with the utmost rewarding summer. I looked after children, instructed activities ranging from dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, bungee, boating and many others. I was exposed to a new culture and made life-long friends. Living in cabins with children meant being on the clock 24/7, maintaining patience, producing stimulating activities and supporting other staff.
