Responsible for delivering high quality training events to over 2000 NCS delivery staff. The role covered all the logistical aspects of setting up for training (venues, equipment etc) to provide the best possible learning environment. Wrote and facilitated assessments for the recruitment of experienced trainers, ensured they were fully prepared for their role by ‘train the trainer’ training and supported with effective line management throughout delivery. The role involved contributing to the development of training and assessment content for the trainers including session curriculum and resources.

Worked of a dedicated team to set up and deliver the NCS with The Challenge programme in the North West focussing on the Discovery and Social Action phases. Were responsible for managing relationships with local community partners, overseeing the logistics of the programme and ensuring delivery of a high quality and safe programme.
