I worked for 4 weeks as a research assistant with Operation Wallacea, who’s initiative is monitoring biodiversity and conservation. This included two weeks on site in the Calakmul jungle as well as two weeks on site diving in Akumal bay.

- Communicating with customers about orders and problems in a friendly and professional manner.- Keeping the Cafe workspace clean and organised and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.- Accurately following orders and acting on any issues customers or other workers had.- Collaborating and working as a part of a team in busy hours and days.- Following any orders from the managers in order to keep the Cafe running including orders to shops around and travelling between the branches.
