• My primary responsibility was to manage my own case load of around fifty to sixty cases, under the supervision of qualified solicitors. I acted in various banking and financial services disputes including, retail and commercial mortgage repossession, pension disputes, regulatory disputes, small claims mediation and disputes involving joint fixed charge receivers. I also provided professional support to solicitors within my team.• I am skilled at working with clients and ensuring their commercial goals are central to my work.• I developed skills in a customer-facing position. I was able to negotiate fairly but firmly with banking clients’ customers to obtain commercially acceptable outcomes for my clients whilst complying with consumer regulations.
