• Travel arrangements, diary management and other ad-hoc support as needed• Bookkeeping - all income and expenditure and quarterly VAT returns• Running works inventory on Filemaker Pro database - including updating database with all new works, raising consignment notes, export documents and sales invoices• Raising payment for all suppliers• Organising annual London show at the studio - including organising invites, preparing mailing list, hiring catering equipment & staff, preparing price lists and sales invoices• Carrying out all studio administration and stock control• Dealing with all requests for images from galleries and individuals• Freight - crate ordering, transport booking and billing to galleries
