In my role I operate sage business cloud accounting and payroll, where I process all sale and purchase ledger invoices and reconcile month end sales and purchases. I also process weekly and monthly wages for up to 25 people, I process payments and receipts for all ledgers and reconcile bank statements and run the cash flow.I also take on the role of assisting the production team with good received notes, proof of delivery notes and checking off purchase orders.These roles are not exhaustive but I enjoy working within this office environment as it has given me confidence and proficiency in organisation and working to deadlines.

During my time at the anchor, my main role consisted of working on the starters and deserts department of the kitchen and assisting in prep work for the rest of the kitchen team. I gained lots of transferable skills such as time management, working as a team, working under pressure and producing a high quality product.
