- answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls- receive and direct visitors and clients- general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system- retrieve documents from filing system- Capturing the Supplier invoices on pastel and Xero- Capturing of bank transaction and reconcile- Invoicing Customers on Pastel and Xero and follow up on payments- handle requests for information and data- resolve administrative problems and inquiries- prepare written responses to routine inquiries- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails- schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors- open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence- maintain office supply inventories- coordinate maintenance of office equipment- coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones and petty cash- VAT and Paye payments (EMP201), EMP501- Payroll and disribute payslips- Bank reconciliation- Commission calculations- preparing accounts and tax returns- administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditureauditing financial information- compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements- analysing accounts- negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisationsmeeting and interviewing clients
