I've had extensive experience leading client experience enhancement initiatives, directing and supporting operational and administrative efficiency and productivity projects and handling high-volume client and staff needs in varied, challenging environments. In my current role, I utilize my analytical and communication skills to support broad organizational initiatives, identifying challenges and creating and articulating solution-based narratives to senior leadership. I also employ my organizational and collaborative skills to coordinate HR leadership committee meetings and to manage and prioritize the EVP, HR’s calendar. Previously, as a Patient Experience Consultant and a Patient Sales Consultant, I utilized my analytical and inter-personal skills to identify opportunities to increase sales, drive client-engagement and implement quality and process improvement systems and methods. Earlier in my career, I had the opportunity to hone my communication and needs assessment capabilities in a series of direct client-interactive roles.
