I have worked for Gummer Leathes over the past year, a master development company in transforming large-scale landholdings into beautiful and sustainable new communities.I previously worked in education as Head of Education Enrichment for a multi-academy trust, regularly working with the community to better enhance education for pupils outside of the classroom and raise the profile of their careers education, extra-curricular programmes, and, enhancing the curriculum. My main role at Gummer Leathes is helping to broaden the scope of design by meeting with the community to consult and inform the development with the design teams throughout the lifetime of the build from the resident's perspective. My previous work ventures in health and fitness and medical devices have given me a broad understanding of the wider needs and interests of various communities.
