Manage critical cross-functional relationship within domestic suppliers, business and production, utilise strategic planning in predict and mitigate future supplying issues, control repairs, succeed in stock management in order to provide on time engine deliveries, support and control 3PL. Notable accomplishment:• Developed and delivered an excel tool able to reduce future supplying issues.• Developed a KPI dashboard utilised by the entire purchasing team.

Improvement of master scheduler’s tool, parts forecasting, plan and schedule maintenance of old engines, manage, establish, review and maintain the master schedule for Trent 1000 engines.
