• Maintain communication with facility/patient to ensure up-to-dateinformation regarding patient transportation• Obtains correct information to schedule appropriate modes oftransportation.• Maintains current knowledge of local operating transportationpolicies and procedures..• Scheduled and dispatch drivers for NEMT “Non-Emergency medicaltransportation” , school transportation, and on-demand services.

• Assist patients who need treatment requiring insurance carrierpre-authorization.• Interview patients to assess their medication needs and liaise withinsurance companies managers for prior authorization approval.• Manage communication between stakeholders of clients, healthcareproviders, and insurance companies to request for priorauthorizations.• Responsible for obtaining pre-certifications and pre-authorizationsfor procedures and medications.• Reviews and adjudicates routine claims in accordance with claimprocessing guidelines.

• Provides the customer with related information to answer theunasked questions, e.g. additional plan, details, benefit plan details, member self-service tools, etc.• Assists customers with benefit plans .• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accountsand file documents.• Assist Customers in Medical billing, payments, collections, andinsurance.•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions andalternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
