• LICENSING & CLEARANCE: Master Use & Music Publishing; Synchronization for all media, Film, Television, Advertising, Digital, Video Games, DVD/Blu-Ray, promotional & bonus content; Mechanicals; Compilation & Soundtrack albums and all 3rd Party uses• NEGOTIATION: Finalize key material & financial terms with creative and strategic deal-making• CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Draft and fully execute formal documentation, redline and amend legal language to finalize agreements• AGREEMENT ANALYSIS: Recording Artist/Co-Writer/Producer - Interpret legal provisions for rights, restrictions, mechanical and other royalty rate calculations, controlled composition application• BUSINESS AFFAIRS: Provide research and administrative support in relation to audits, claims and litigious issues• ROYALTIES: Establish accruals; determine final sync costs for financial forecasts to meet P&L budgetary expectations; prepare and process statements; fee collection and payment reconciliation• CLIENT RELATIONS: Provide excellent customer service to internal & external clientele – music supervisors, recording artists & management, film studios, television production, record labels, attorneys, music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations; effectively initiate, foster, and maintain business contacts & relationships
