I worked as a global trading sales manager for this office furniture company. I was mainly responsible for lead generation and old customers’ management. I was able to maintain good relationships with every single customer as well as satisfying their requirements.

I was an oversea business assistant for a Swedish hot runner system company located in Foshan. I handled the whole company’s overseas and domestic orders from quotation to shipment. I was responsible for communications between clients and employees of the company. In addition to this, trade facilitation, information transmission, customer complaints handling and translation were my main jobs too.

I worked as an oversea merchandiser in Leo Paper Group for about 2 years. I communicated with customers in English through mails and sent orders to related departments through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software every day.
