• Senior member of a team servicing a Recruitment Process Outsourcing account in the Aviation industry.• Work multiple high volume requisitions all across the country. • Conduct in-person as well as virtual interviews, and make offers to suitable and qualified candidates.• Manage candidates in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo). Open and close requisitions, post jobs to external websites, ensure all processes are compliant. • Work closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Coordinators to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
