About Alice Stroud

My work is to listen, find connection through what we care about and help bring about positive social change through collaborative processes.I am a highly resourceful, adaptive and visionary non-profit collaborator. My experience lies in the fields of mission-driven organizational strategy and vision and early stage and start-up organizational development with youth-serving non profits and social enterprises. I am passionate about inclusivity and the transformative, sustainable, efficiencies that can result from participation in a truly inclusive process. Creating the space to hear everyone (clients, service users, stakeholders) enables a foundational democratic conversation to bring about change - through challenging, influencing and adapting systems, structures, behaviors and thinking. My interest lies in human potential and creating systems that facilitate this - with a particular focus on how we respond to the needs of adolescents, early childhood and women, and a broader focus on utilizing connective thinking and transformational leadership to evolve our societal systems and structures and recalibrate our relationships so that we can be more responsive and caring.
